Access to Tempo Cloud not possible

Hi, we are using Tempo Cloud version since a quite long time. From today on, the access via our atlassian cloud subcription isn't possible any more. It just links to "www.tempo.io"

We didnt change anything on our configuration. Any suggestions?

Hi, 
The Tempo development team has investigated this and it turned out to be a problem within JIRA. The ticket for this problem in the Atlassian system is https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACJIRA-1856.

As a temporary workaround, can you please use the Tempo panel in the Issue view to log work.
To access Tempo Reports, please use the "Issue Worklogs/ Issue plans" link using the "..." link in the Tempo panel in the Issue view.
The report that opens gives access to the Tempo sidebar, showing the tempo links as icons. Please use these icons to navigate in Tempo.
