Action based on value change without transition

Hi, 

I want to set the following process: 

when a specific value is set in the field, I want a comment screen to open and the comment becomes mandatory to fill in. I found lots of articles related to it, but everything leads to the same actions on transition. However, I want to do the action regardless the transition 

(e.g. A person sets "change is required" in the custom field "Change" without changing any status, and at that moment a screen where only comment is available opens and the field is mandatory to fill in, otherwise it cannot be saved).

Hi @Yepraksia Hovhannisyan  - You certainly cannot do this is in Jira Cloud. The only way that I know would be even close to doing it would be using ScriptRunner Behaviours. But I don't use it so not sure if it would even work.
