Add Work Log description when syncing

In my company we are using Jira to track our time spent and for convenience I am using toggl to track my time spent for the jira issues.

Our workflow requires to add a description when logging time in jira so it can be followed what was done when and so on.

Is it possible have a text input field before syncing to Jira so I can manually add these descriptions to Jira.

PS: I am not Jira Admin so I cannot try the integration.
