Add-on Sonar for Bitbucket is not responding. Wait or cancel

i am using sonar plugin in bitbucket apps 

i added in 

 OAuth consumer 

Callback URL:- http://sonar.survey.com/oauth2/callback

URL :- http://sonar.survey.com

permisions>>account :- read (cheked)

and sonarque server install  Bitbucket Authentication for SonarQube plugin 

addes bitbucket OAuth consumer details of  access key and Secret key and url is http://sonar.survey.com

 

but in bitbucket shwing  "Add-on Sonar for Bitbucket is not responding. Wait or cancel "

if i click Bitbucket showing like below

please look this issue and suggest me what happens

Hi Bala, welcome to the Community!

For issues when a plugin is involved, it's always advisable to contact the vendor directly so they can troubleshoot what's causing this problem with their product. You can email the vendor or submit a support request.

I have email vendor four-time and generate support ticket as well but there is no response. Waiting for the last four days.
