Adding Button with Script Runner

How can i add Button with Script Runner to Create Issue screen? What section should i choose?

What are you looking to do with the button? (I don't think it will work with scriptrunner, but perhaps there is another way, depending on what you are going to use it for).

I want to put a button on the Create Issue screen and add to it an EventListener, that firing an Event like CREATE_ISSUE_ID that i can catch.
