Any free Plugin to allow filter subtasks where the parents have specific status?

Hello Everyone,

First Post here :)

I am trying to create a filter that selects all the subtasks where the parents have a specific status?

Is there any way I can do this without using any paid plugin?

I am using JIRA Server and not allowed by the administration to buy any plugin.

Any suggestion will be welcome!
