Any one has better word import solution?

We recently started adopting Confluence more widely in our org. Currently, we are having trouble importing word in to a page. All the formatting is lost and it's is a pain to align each bullet similar to word. I tried copy paste as well. One that seemed to work is embedding word document which I am not a fan of as the users would still to work in word documents. 

Anyone has a better way/solution to import word? All plugin suggestions welcome! 

I searched for bunch of word related surprisingly none of them are meant for import.
