As a vendor, how can I see who dowloaded our FREE add-ons. It's not in the sales report.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I can see the number of downloads but I cannot see who did that. We would love to contact them. Is it possible?
 
Could it be the problem that we don't provide support for that add-on?

Hi Mark,

If you visit your add-on management page on marketplace.atlassian.com, there is a tab labeled "Downloads." If you go there you can see a graph of the all the downloads for your add-on. In your case this is the direct link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/manage/plugins/com.moresimp.plangle.free/downloads
