I have admin access and a seperate user account in a new JIRA subscription. When I click on the link for My Work or Reports it gives me an "Access Denied" error an tells me to contact the "Atlassian Cloud Administrator". None of the documentation is getting me anywhere. Which permissions should be on, because I am missing something.

Please verify if you have a valid licence for Timesheets in JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Manage add-ons. If you have a valid license, please submit a support ticket to us here: https://support.tempo.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hello, I have the same issue.
And I have Free trial for 30 days for the Timesheets in JIRA Administration (Unlicensed).
Is it the reason why I don't see My Work or Reports?
