Auto selecting asset for issue from insight service desk cloud

Hello all

I have an asset in Insight that is an access card. I have a request type that is a 'request replacement card'. The asset as a link to the user. 

Is there a way of auto selecting the asset in the asset field based on the reporters name to be the access card asset.

I am ware that Insight for Jira Cloud is currently some what limited, so this may not be possible.
