Auto set field values based on reporter field on CREATE ISSUE SCREEN

Hey, 

Im trying to create a behavior that auto fill

1. Phone number (custom text type field)

2. Organisation (system jira single select type field)

when the user select reporter user on the Create Issue Screen

Is behavior is the best way to do that?

I tryed with listener but just relized that listener cannot catch event on issue create screen.

does anyone have a clue for me?
