Auto updatating of comment in customer portal from jira software

Hi,

The Tickets are linked ,When ever the issue is commented in the jira software the comment must automatically update in the customer portal (jira service desk ticket).

Automation for jira is used.

Please help me out ,hence this is a blocker in the production environment.
