Auto update the fixversion field on subtask when the parent is updated using listener?

Hi all

i need that the field "fix version" on my subtasks will updated automatically when the same field is being updated in the parent.

i need to use listener be cause we dont have the automation rules engine.

My jira is on prem ( not cloud) 

 i m not a developer so i will be really appreciate if some one can help me with te code
