Automatically change the status of the parent task when all the subtasks are marked as Done

Hey Guys,

I have installed the add on quick subtasks for jira. Wanted to check if there is a way that I can implement the parent task's status to change automatically as Done when all the sub tasks created under it using this add on are marked as Done

It will help avoid a step where the parent task has to be manually updated to Done so looking forward to figure out the automation for this. Please let me know if this is possible using the system's existing capabilities and not relying on another add on to facilitate the same

I'm not sure you can implement this with that app, but you certainly can with other apps such as ScriptRunner or JMWE, to name a few. For example, in JMWE, you can use the Transition Parent Issue post-function, together with a Subtask blocking condition on the Done transition of the parent issue workflow.
