Automation for Jira Cross-Project Capabilities

I'm working on setting up an automation.

I've modified the scope in global administration to be across both projects.

I want to have a ticket created in project A that is linked to a ticket in project B.

Then I want to set up an automation where if the ticket in project A moves to In Progress, the ticket in Project B moves to In Progress as well.

Is this possible?

Just faced a similar issue. Will be great if someone will provide a proper way to set this up by using Jira automation only. Without any additional plugins.
