So here is my scenario.
I have a team of 12 Service Desk staff and I want to auto-allocate issues to the team using the Round-robin "Assign Issue" function in Automation for Jira.
It works great, but when someone is not in the office or needs to go and attend to a user fault then they can't pick-up tickets and we miss SLA on time to first response.
Is there a script or JQL I can use that checks if a person is logged in, perhaps with last login or some other way that the person is available and logged in and can assign issues to them?
Hi Otto,
I'm afraid this isn't something we support just yet. We are tracking it here: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-494 (you may need to view incognito).
In the meantime, you could use another third party app such as Elevator Smart issue Assignment:

Cheers,
John
