Env & version: Jira Server v8.4.2 / ScriptRunner v5.6.7.1-jira8
We have lots of customized Behaviours scripts (mostly control the visibility of field options), it's working fine in ScriptRunner v5.6.7.1-jira8, but once it updates to greater than this version, the Behaviours just stops working without any warning.
I suspected any installed add-on is having a conflict against it, so I tried to disable all add-ons and only enable ScriptRunner(also all modules are enabled), but it didn't help.
Now there's a security alert to ask us to update it to at least 5.6.12, but we are stuck here, can anyone help?? it's kind of urgent for us, we appreciate your help, thanks.
Hi @Horace Su
I've encountered this issue as well and when I reported to them, they pointed me to a defect that they have identified: https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/browse/SRJIRA-4047
The workaround is to disable their Anonymous Analytics. You'll find that in the gear icon at the far right of the scriptrunner page.
