BigPicture Risk: Change color of columns?

LK July 23, 2019

Capture.JPGDear Community,

I would like to change or remove the coloring of the columns and row titles in the BigPicture risk module. More precisely, in this case it would be good if column A would be red instead of green (since in our data those are actually very critical datapoints). Alternatively it would be nice to remove all coloring from this (and I am not talking about heatmap mode). See the screenshot as example. Any help is very appreciated.

Best,

Lukas

Hi,

You can simply invert the coloring scheme by expanding the View menu and then selecting the desired option. See the screenshot below:

Alternatively, you can also remove coloring. Colors are assigned to the original fields, so instead of changing their names, disable all the current fields and then add new fields. The newly created fields should be grey.

  • At first, go to the Jira Administration panel and select option Issues
  • On the left-side menu select Custom Fields
  • Find Risk Consequence and Risk Probability and hit the configure button

  • Disable active fields and add new ones

  • This is how the desired Risk matrix can look like with the new fields

I hope you find it useful :)

Cheers,
