BigPicture board Assignee does not sync in Team

Dear all,

I start to study BigPicture board in order to have a global view of Team Sprint.

As a startup I have an active sprint define in Jira board which have different task and some of them are actually Assignee to a user.

Then when I configure my BigPicture board and map iteration to my Jira sprint and get the sprint visible in the board as seen below :

This is my current sprint in Jira :

From the BigPicture Board view, I have the following representation :

As you can see the Task IT-14 is assigned to someone, but this task is not appearing below on the team area for which the assignee belongs.

What is the problem for syncing this assignee with team member, why it does not appear automatically in the team section where the assignee belongs too ?

Did I miss something ?

Hi,

Unfortunately tasks to teams are not assigned automatically when a team member is assigned a task. The rationale behind it is that some users can belong to multiple teams and the plugin has no way to guess what team the task should be assigned to. The plugin assigns tasks to teams based on labels like: team#DEV or mapped single select customfield.
