BigPicture shows no tasks info

I don't know how to explain what is going on.
I am just first time trying BigPicture and it dos not show any information about my tasks, only a  bunch of empty lines and a empty gantt chart.
If I go back to my backlog, I see all the tasks there.

I am trying to include a picture here of the issue (but I am not sure what is the best way to share the image).
