CFR Part 11 E-Signatures Reports License is not valid

I just added an evaluation version of Part 11 Compliance E-Signatures for JIRA but when I click on configure it reports the following message:

You do not have a valid license installed or the license has expired.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in and restarted the server. we're runing version 5.1 of Jira.

Is there any way of find out what is could be causing the issue?

Hi Shane -

Just tested this with the latest JIRA release 5.1.4 and it worked.

Did you pull an Evaluation license - and it expired?

Maybe you can try to pull another from the Marketplace?
