CLI plugin for Confluence and Korean

Hi...

I tried to do "How to allow users to import Jira issue".

My Env:

• Linux
• Confluence 4.0.3
• CLI plugin for confluence v3.3.0 (Eval)
• Run plugin for confluecne v3.1.0 (Eval)
• Use: -Dfile.encoding=utf-8
• Data file (CSV) is UTF-8 format.

Results... See below... Issue summary/Text was broken and failed to import.

Can I use this RUN+CLI plugins for Korean issues ??
