CSAT-Whether to support feedback modification by reporter

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to configure the CSAT plug-in, and I found that the reporter can no longer modify it after submitting the score. This is a reasonable configuration.
But when it is misused, it will be irretrievable. Can I resend the email to rewrite the previous evaluation?
In addition, there was a problem with my resend button. .
Has anyone encountered such a problem?
