We currently include links to JIRA tickets in Outlook meeting invites so that those attending can log time to the appropriate ticket. (Time is logged with the Tempo plugin)
I would like to make this a little easier for attendees by making it so that the links not only open the JIRA ticket, but also pop up the "Log Time" dialogue with the "Worked" hours value pre-populated to the length of the meeting
In most cases, staff would then just click the "Log Time" button, but this would also give them the opportunity to modify the defaulted time if need be.
Is this possible? And if so, can someone provide instruction on how I would do this?
