Can I mass update Webhook to Jenkins for Bitbucket hook configuration?

We just migrated our Bitbucket Server. It now has a different hostname than the old instance. We’ve got dozens of repositories that use the Webhook to Jenkins for Bitbucket hook. Is there a way to mass update the configuration for all these repositories? Currently, we have to go into each repository and change the URI.
