Can a generic space be automatically created

HI There,

I am a new user to Jira and Confluence, I joined a company that uses it and have been asked to look into the following which I thought may have be quite straight forward but can find little on it.

I would like to be able to raise a ticket in Jira that automatically creates a Confluence Space, for documenting a customer project.

Each such Space would have a pre organised set of pages with placeholders for content, that various users would then complete, finally closing the ticket when the documentation complete.

Does any such thing exist in Confluence? I have spent 10-15 hours canning documentation and google queries.

I can find templates which seem to be page specific, and blueprints which create a new space, but with no structured content.

Any help would be gratefully received.
