Can all acceptance criteria be displayed, not just first two?

Is it possible to show all the acceptance criteria entered for each issue, not just the 1st two?  We only have one entry in the custom field, but for each user story, folks will enter several additional criteria and the preference is that they all show up, not just two of them and the link to show all.

Also, once the criteria are created, is there a way to distinguish between required criteria and optional?  They both look the same.

This is a very old post and just found it by chance.  Sorry for not answering any sooner. I assume that by now you have found the solution to the problem but for posterity  

You can actually do both. You simply need to go to the add-on configuration page and set the "Show More Count" attribute to 0 and turn on "Emphasize Mandatory Items".
