Can one customise the Slack notification text ?

I would like to be able to customise the text of the slack notification, so that I can understand what the changed task is about without having to go to Jira.

Hi @Raphael Dürscheid 

Looks like if you go to the Advanced Option when setting up your integration or editing it you can customize the information you'd like to see.
