Can't create a folio

Hi! I'm using JIRA 6.1.4 with some russian localization, and I can't create a folio. It always returns "Not a valid date".
UPD - Tested with localization uninstalled and created folio without any problem. But when I install localization - the problem occur again. I think localized calendar isn't working with Folio, and it is a big problem.
