Can't move issues on Rapid Board

We can no longer move issues on the board and receive an error about it is due to Rank. This just started happening so I am assuming it is due to an update that was done. We are using On Demand and we need to be able to prioritize. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Since you are using JIRA Cloud, could you please open a support ticket to address this problem?

Thanks Danilo. I did find that bug, and I opened [SUPPORT] (JST-103176) Unable to rank issues in JIRA Agile OnDemand
