Can the details from the test be auto-populated when creating defect?

While creating a defect (ie., Jira Bug) from the Execution Details, is it possible to auto-populate the steps from test into Bug? 

Manual tests generally documented with steps for execution. So the steps to reproduce the defect is similar information. The tester can than edit the details and mention at which step the test failed.
