Can the subtasks listed under the structure gadget appear as folded/collapsed by default

If there are more number of tasks and each task has n number of subtasks then while viewing this in structure becomes cumbersome. If the user isnt insterested in viewing the subtask then he needs to collapse each and every tasks for its subtask. Is there a way to get rid of the problem

Hello Jayashree,

As far as I understand you refer to the Structure Gadget that you can use on the Dashboard or in Confluence?

If so, there is no way to set the default state for it, but you can quickly expand all issues using "++" keyboard shortcut, or collapse them all using "– –" shortcut. 

You can also quickly expand/collapse specific issues using the arrow right and left keys.
