Can you change the colors used by the syntax highlighter in Bitbucket Server?

I find the colors used in syntax highlighting of Bitbucket diffs to be very hard to distinguish.  It makes me feel like I am color blind, because I have to squint carefully to tell the difference between dark red, dark blue, and dark grey syntax highlighting. 

It might help if the font were a bit thicker or the colors a bit brighter.

I see there is a plugin called "Look and Feel for Bitbucket Server" -- does this have the ability to customize syntax highlighting colors and fonts?

Any help would be much appreciated.
