Canned Issues Not Showing Up

Hello,

I'm using marketplace addon: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222237/canned-issues?hosting=server&tab=overview

I've setup one template with a title and body. I've set the editors to jira-administrators and the viewers as jira-software-users.

 

As a jira-software-users account, I do not see the dropdown Template field on the Create Issue dialog. I also have checked the "Where's My Field?" and there is no Tempalate option. I am aware of the note on the addon documentation but I believe I have it covered.

 

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hello @Kyle_Corsi,

after creating a template it should show up on the Create Issue dialog without any additional settings.

Please double check the permissions.

Also you can check the permissions while being logged in as a jira-software-users on navigating to the profile menue --> canned issues.
