Cannot add a user to a Next Gen Project in JIRA
Hello,
On my JIRA-Software (Next Gen), I am adding a user (email address) under Project Settings > Access, I am getting this error message
But, when I am adding another user with a different email, I am able to add him.
Do you think there is an issue with the email id?
Here is the email-format where I am getting the error -> user@domain-app.com
Do you think there is an issue in the formal of the email?
