Cannot add cycle to Zephyr folder

Hi,
We have a several folders in the test cycle overview, to add a new cycled usually one would lick the "..." button, add the cycle details into the popup and done.

However,  I have two folders where this simply does not work and have reached a point where I run out of ideas.

Did a full re-index of Jira, hard index on the project from the Zephyr configuration, hard index on all projects from the Zephyr configuration.

The error message if you inspect in chrome "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400. Following the link /rest/zephyr/latest/cycle?projectId=10506&versionId=15474&offset=0&expand=executionSummaries&_=1577105088642

resolves in an empty JSON: {}

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
