Hi,
Before I bought a licence for Confluence, I used onDemaind for trial.
I received an email like below.
--------------
Hi Alica Park,
We trust this email finds you well.
Now that you are approaching the end of your evaluation, this is just a quick email to let you know that you will be billed for the following month's subscription if you do decide to keep your account open past your free trial period:
URL : http://alicapark.atlassian.net
Description: Confluence OnDemand 10 Users (Monthly Payments)
Charge Date: 15-Sep-2012
Cost : US$ 10.00
However, if you do not wish to proceed with Atlassian OnDemand (and we would love to hear why), then please cancel your subscription via your My Atlassian account before the charge date (15-Sep-2012):
If you would like to purchase add-ons for Atlassian OnDemand or switch to an annual payment plan (which you will get 2 months free), you can do so via your My Atlassian account:
https://my.atlassian.com/products/convert/2342985
Do you have any questions that we can help with at this stage?
Do you have any feedback regarding Atlassian OnDemand or the evaluation process?
Thanks, we look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers,
The Atlassian Sales Team

This (https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/ondemand/evaluation#endofyourevaluation-4) should work but if it does not. The Sales team could do it on your behalf.

I have the same issue. Clicking that plus sign does show more information, but there is no cancel option.

It does NOT help. CLicking on that does NOT reveal a Cancel option.

Hi Alica,
Just checked your account on our http://my.atlassian.com/ and the "Cancel Evaluation" button is now available. You should be able to cancel your evaluation now. Please do let us know if you have any trouble with it.
