Cannot install Approval Macro in Confluence Cloud

I am trying to install the Approval Macro but I keep getting this message.

So then I went to the Marketplace page and there is a link to open a support ticket, but that does not work either. How can I get this add-on to install in Confluence Cloud?

This worked when I tried it again a few hours later.
