Cannot see add-on even though I am an administrator

I have purchased and installed this add-on into JIRA 7.0.4 but am unable to see the option under the Project overview screen.  The documentation says only administrators can see this.  I am definitely part of the jira-administrators group and have admin access to the project. Has this add-on been testing in JIRA 7???

I've noticed several other comments with the same issue yet no responses.  Do the developers of this add-on review this forum as none of them have answers.
