Cannot see 'test script' in create test

Hi,

When I try to create a single test case using 'Create' and Issue type 'Test' there is no place to add the test steps. 

However if I were to import a couple tests using Zephyr sqaud's import function it is available as a field. 

Why is the test steps section not availabe in Create Issue of type Test?

Also, there is no section panel to add a folder.

All good. IT was a setting issue.
