Cannot switch to "in-app" Notification in the general settings of Bug Watcher

Hi,

I am trying to set the general setting auf Bug Watcher to in-app. But the Link simply doesn't do anything. I tried it with IE and Chrome.

Some other settings are also not working, like disabling external watchers.

Anyone experienced the same and might know what to do?
