Cant update refined license

Hi,

I bought a new refined lic and used the button "Apply License" to update the lic but I got the error "Bei einem App-Lizenzierungsvorgang ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Die Lizenz wurde nicht gespeichert. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in den Protokollen."

In english: There was a issue during installing the lic. The lic wasnt safe. More informations in log.

If I try to update manually I got the following issue: "Die Lizenz wurde erfolgreich aktualisiert, ist jedoch ungültig. Klicken Sie auf Erneuern, um eine gültige Lizenz zu erhalten."

In english: License successfully updated but license is invalid. Press renew to receive a valid license.

Can you check, please?
