Capture for Jira deteriorated exponentially - multiple logons required for EVERY use

When a screen shot is captured with Zephyr, I have to provide URL, and logon credentials, logout (as only button available).  Then login again with URL, credentials.  Thus the quick utility now takes an extra 30-60 seconds each time.  

 

What is this deterioration in usability attributed to?

What is the workaround?
