Capture output from sonar-scanner ran via docker container?

We're running sonar-scanner via a docker container and a command script on our remote Bamboo agents. I just installed the plugin and tried linking that command script as the sonar-scanner executable but it didn't work.

Is there any way to just have the plugin parse the output from the logs of the container? They already show up in the build log.

Please excuse my very late response.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. You cannot use the app to just scan the build log and use a command script for triggering the analysis. The app can only analyze the build log if it also executes the Sonar analysis.
