Cascading Select Fields in Jira Service Desk

Hello everybody,

I have a question regarding cascading selection fields in the Jira Service Desk. We have connected an external data source (a CSV file) with the add-on ScriptRunner, which contains the following values: (for example)
A 1
A 2
A 3
B 1
B 2
C 1
C 2
C 3
C 4

The first value should be the parent value and the second value the child. How can I ensure that if a customer in the service desk in the parent field selects the value B, he only gets the values 1 and 2 displayed in the child field?

I already tried to write a ScriptRunner Behavour, but unfortunately it did not work. Can someone help me here?
