Changing Plan from Cloud to Free

We have Free Jira Plan for the following domain: tattoon-urbolabs-development (E-42B-CMT-BJP-PFB).
I participate on this Project as a Jira Admin, we have less than 10 persons in the organization, but Subscription Plan has been changed to the Standard.
I wanna ask you about the help with this question, please, or give me some updates how it's possible to handle this case by myself.

I still have this problem.
I've removed users and now there are less than 10.
