Checkboxes in BigTemplate

We use 6 checkboxes in one of our projects that are part of a "complete/not complete" counter

We would like to display the result, i.e. "5/6 not complete" on the BT output, but there is no apparent field ID or similar we can use as the #BT.tak.xxxxx value.

Has anyone done this or have any good ideas as we have exhausted all ours.
