Comala Workflow with Approval options

I would like to create a new Comala workflow which requires authentication with the following characteristics: 
 1 Author (has to approve first) 
 2 Business Owner
 3 Technical Owner
 4 Stakeholder
 5 Independent/QA Reviewer (has to approve last) 

Approvers 2-4 should all be selectable when configuring the workflow. Example: I have created a page and want to add this new workflow. I add it and am able to chose "business owner", "technical owner" and one "stakeholder". The workflow for this page then will include: author, business owner, technical owner, stakeholder & independent reviewer. 

Can you help me implement this create workflow on Comala?

You need to define workflow parameters for each user and then set these parameters as required. We have an example on our wiki that explains how to implement this: https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CDML/Require+Parameters+on+State+Transitions.

You may want to consider using multiple reviews for approvals 2-4, there is an example on our wiki: https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CDML/Adding+Multiple+Reviews
