Comala Workflows - Scroll PDF Ignore Macro -- a little twist

Hi, I'm trying to wrap the pageheader in a comala workflow into the scroll pdf ignore macro. 

The result should be, that the header is not exported. The macro itself works fine. 

And it is possible to wrap conflunence markup around the header. By example:

{pageheader:visibility=all}
{expand}
|| Author |{get-metadata:updatedby}|
|| Approver|{get-metadata:approvedby}|
|| Approval Date |{get-metadata:approveddate}|
{expand}
{pageheader}

I tried many names for the scroll ignore plugin. But cant find the right one. {scroll ignore} said a "documentation" of pdf scroll exporter. But it isnt working.

Is there maybe a difference between atlassian on board macros and third party plugins?

PDF Scroll Exporter implemented a new feature that hides the pageheader of the workflow.
