Component Guide for Design Systems add-on: does it allow WYSIWYG styles to be modified?

Apparently Confluence Cloud blocks Space-wide or site-wide CSS styling.  I haven't been able to get {style} commands to work in the header or footer.  Will the Component Guide for Design Systems add-on allow me to do that?
